Diamonds were certainly much sought after in November's auction, with a stunning heart shaaped diamond ring enjoying global competition and selling at £17,000. Close on its heels was an equally sumptuous heart shaped diamond bangle, which joined its new owner at £16,000 hammer. McTear’s was delighted to offer a private collection of fine jewellery, the property of a Scottish Lady of title, which soared above estimate on many occasions.
