Sure to be a ‘piper’s delight’, this auction is led by two sets of bagpipes with military connections to Scotland’s Pipe Major Robert Reid. Anglo-Irish army history, too, can be discovered in garments belonging to Arthur Wellesley, 1^st Duke of Wellington. Excellent medals, sporrans, bladed weapon, rifles and revolvers will also go under the hammer in this instalment of Scotland’s only auction dedicated to military history.
