Lots: 337

Over 300 lots of fine whiskies, wines and other spirits, perfect to toast the Bard this Burns night. Leading the way was the instantly recognisable Black Bowmore 1964 First release. Making a rare appearance at auction was the Glenglassaugh 1966 aged 45 years. Macallan showed its class with the 1980 Exceptional Cask. A rare and highly desirable 21 year old single sherry cask matured spirit, a real gem that excited collectors and drinkers alike. Following on from the success of the Rare Malts bottlings in the December Whisky Auction, nine more went under the hammer, including examples from Millburn, Mannochmore, Hillside, and Linkwood.
