Lacking reservoir and fittings. Both clips on collar. Typical wear commensurate with use and age, would benefit from clean.
Oil wouldn't go in the body, though a reservoir which is missing, both clips are there for a replacement.
No drill holes to camel except where the saddle is mounted.
