VICTORIAN NOVELTY PROPELLING PENCIL IN THE FORM OF A POLICE 'BULLSEYE' LANTERN probably by Sampson Mordan & Co., the body with hinged cover fitted for spare lead, the body with domed magnifying glass to front, and carrying handles to reverse, the three drawer pencil with Victorian patent lozenge, 13cm long fully drawn
