Meiji period, modelled as a couple seated around a Hibachi and low table, the table with bowls of food and a pot, the female blowing the flames to encourage heat to the pan of food on the Hibachi, the male figure is smiling, holding a small bowl or cup in his left hand, rare gold seal with engraved two character signature to base, 12cm wide, 7.5cm high
