the hexagonal bezel 9.5mm wide and with a central panel of grain set diamonds within a tapered step cut blue gem set border, in nine carat gold, maker's mark LSJ, size M 1/2, 1.1g

It should not be assumed that any diamond or coloured gem is untreated or is natural, unless accompanied by a gemmological laboratory certificate (which would be mentioned in the description).
