the square and compass motif 50mm high, with personal inscription to the reverse, set with an old cut diamond of approximately 0.12 carats, suspended from a blue ribbon, with central engraved crest reading 'HELENSBURGH LODGE ST GEORGE 503' in nine carat gold, 20.1g
