POLLOCK SINCLAIR NISBET RSW ARSA (SCOTTISH 1848 - 1922), PROCESSION LEAVING A CHURCH- SEGOVIA oil on canvas, signed 54cm x 35cm Framed Note verso: Late nineteenth century Scottish School- Nisbet lived in Edinburgh but worked mainly in Spain , Morocco, Italy and Algeria. He exhibited frequently at the Royal Academy and the RSA Galleries and his best work covers scenes from Spain and Morocco in the rather dry and sparse paint style - which he shared with Orchardson - such as this superb example of his work 'The Edwards Gallery' Fine Art Dealers, Framers and Conservators
