Gold and Early Coins

The Coins and Banknotes Auction is a spectacular sale with examples of gold sovereigns throughout the monarchy and a private collection of early hammered coins. 

This auction is predominantly comprised of a private Scottish collection and provides numismatists with the chance to own some very interesting coinage. 

An abundance of early hammered coins feature including those from the reigns of Edward III (1327 – 1377), Philip and Mary (1554 – 1558) Henry VIII (1509 – 1547) and many more. 

Nestled among these individual lots are coin sets, banknotes and other world coins which are sure to draw attention from across the globe on what is set to be a very exciting auction day.
