The Toys, Models & Pop Culture auction hits screen, stage and indeed outer space in this edition with a varied selection of signed memorabilia from noted franchises and individuals.

A rare rehearsal script edition copy of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child with the signatures of J.K. Rowling, John Tiffany and Jack Thorne (known to the crew as the ‘Three J’s’) will delight ‘Potter-heads’.

An archive of Star Trek material should excite this equally passionate fanbase with a rare letterhead from the office of Gene Roddenberry, the creator of the franchise, shortly after the first series had been commissioned.

The sci-fi theme continues with a fabulous Blade Runner (1982) poster bearing many autographs including star Harrison Ford and director Ridley Scott which should be keenly contested among the seemingly ever-growing following of this thirty-one-year-old cinema classic.

Indeed, we even delve into ‘science-fact’ with a very rare Neil Armstrong signature, obtained when he made a visit to the Westclox factory in Dumbarton in 1974; hastily scribbled on a torn section of a menu, nearly fifty years on a whole new generation fascinated with Armstrong are hoping to secure the scarce relics of his pioneering career and will pay good money for them at auction.

The second focus of this edition is on the seemingly evergreen model railway market with several private collections featured; the first of which looks back to the beginnings of scale models with an extensive selection of early O-gauge tin-plate locomotives, coaches, rolling stock and architecture from the great Hornby-Meccano firm when it was based in Liverpool. In addition the more modern OO- and N-gauge enthusiasts are well catered for with a huge variety of both pristine boxed and loose items to run and restore as they desire.

As ever, comics are well-represented with several key issues including an Iron-Man #1, X-Men #101 and a run of Journey into Mystery featuring Thor; videogames are a favourite here and some appealing Nintendo lots from the NES to the Gamecube including scarce games will feature; and finally we are pleased to offer the second part of a private collection of King and Country military models following on from the successful sale of the first tranche.
